Our standard setscrew's tip shapes are flat point, cone point, round point.
And, standard setscrew's nominal diameters are M1, M1.2, M1.4, M1.6, M1.7, M2, M2.3, M2.5, and M3. Materials are steel and stainless steel.
We can be manufactured custom-ordered micro setscrews, small screws, and custom-ordered precision miniature machined parts by the customer order.

 Our company is manufacturer of small parts or machining parts, which has been made in the cam-type automatic lathes from 1965.

 The first president (my deceased father Takashi SAIDA) has been involved in the design of automatic lathes from the time of the launch of NOMURA SEIKI precision automatic lathe manufacturer.
 The first manufacture of NOMURA SEIKI is the cam-type automatic lathe's P8 which was designed by Takashi SAIDA. Since then, he has designed numerous automatic lathes.

 Since our company founding in 1965, we have continued to remodel the cam-type automatic lathe's P8 which are using in-house.
 Those contents are, modification of the mechanism of the automatic lathes, modification of the automatic lathes drive method, modification of the control circuit of the automatic bar's changer, the development of peripheral devices, and others.  The modified development will continue in the future.

 We are supplying the parts which satisfy our customers.

1965 Jan. Takashi SAIDA (31 years at that time) began the manufacture of precision parts using the cam-type automatic lathes.
1967 Jul. SAIDA Manufacturing Co. Ltd. was founded.
1969 Mar. We built the first factory and office and moved to current location.
1974 Jun. Built the second factory.
1981 May We built the machine factory for enhancement of machine tools.
1984 Jan. Orders and inventory management programs were developed in our self in the BASIC language for JAPAN IBM PC (IBM5550), and began the operation.
1985 May We built a new office work center that centralize the information.
1987   We started the remodeling of cam-type automatic lathe for manufacturing of the screw thread by the threading chaser.
1995   We began the remodeling of our cam-type automatic lathes, into microcomputer control from machinery control.
2002 Jun. Company founder Takashi SAIDA died at 68 years old.
Tomotaka SAIDA (34 years old) took office as the new President & CEO.
2004 Jul. We published website of DELscrew in Japanese language.
