Slotted set screw's nominal diameters are M1, M1.2, M1.4, M1.6, M1.7, M2, M2.3, M2.5, and M3. Slotted set screw's overall lengths are 1mm, 1.1mm, 1.2mm, 1.3mm, 1.4mm, 1.5mm, 1.6mm, 1.7mm, 1.8mm, 2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm and 6mm. Slotted set screw's tip shapes are flat point, cone point, oval point.

For example, M2.5x1.6 size is the nominal diameter M2.5, length 1.6 mm. You click a cell of size, a drawing of detailed dimensions is displayed. We are manufacturing the flat point set screws in the cutting work. Therefore, the flatness accuracy of the flat point set screws is less than 0.01mm. In addition, the squareness of the threaded portion and the flat portion is less than 0.01mm. And, the variations of the flat diameter is less than 0.02mm.

Free-cutting steel (ASK2600S) is easy to be rusted, our standard stocks offers black or white zinc plating (trivalent). Other plating (electric nickel plating, electroless nickel plating, etc.) is possible as a special order product.
