DELscrew was standarized by SAIDA, is a brand name for a small micro slotte set screws. DELscrew is compliant with ISO standard. Set screws length under 2mm is non-ISO standard we therefore provided a dimensional tolerance within +0.05mm/-0.05mm. For from 2.0mm to 6.0mm of length size, we supply our customers which set the tolerance of +0/-0.2mm (or +0/-0.3mm) for these.

Steel is JIS standards SUM24L which is a low-carbon free-cutting steel. Stainless steel (SUS) is compliant to the JIS standards SUS303. The lead (Pb) content of both materials is less than 0.35wt%, RoHS standards are satisfied. The steel and the stainless steel does not contain cadmium (Cd).
