In addition to the setscrews, we can manufacture the custom-ordered cylinder head screws, the custom-ordered flat head screws and the other custom-ordered screws. Manufacturable diameter size for machine screw from M0.3 to M3. In particular, we are good at manufacture of the thread length which is less about 2 times of the nominal diameter.

We are good at manufacture the shorter thread length than 2 pitch of cylinder head screw or flat head screw. We can manufacture the machine screws of incomplete thread that is less than 0.5 times pitch. A head diameter can be manufactured size range is from 1.0mm to 5.0mm.

Various plating and heat treatment are possible.
